Eindhoven has a central location, and has excellent links by rail and highway, both with the rest of the Netherlands and further inland to Germany and Belgium. The airport is close to the city, and provides connections with major cities such as London and Paris.

Eindhoven is located at the intersection of highways offering good links to the west of the Netherlands, for example, via both the A2 and the A 58. While Germany and Belgium are also not much more than a stone's throw away, via the A73 and the A67.
