Top-level volleyball and indoor hockey matches are among the activities in the Indoor Sportcentrum. The hall has a unique domed construction covering an unobstructed indoor area of 79 x 119 meters: the biggest in Europe. The Philips Stadium is the home of PSV, the Eindhoven soccer club that has also made quite a reputation for itself outside Nederland in the last few years. The stadium has a seating capacity of 35,000, and will host the final of the Uefa Cup in May 2006. The National Swimming Stadium completed at the end of 2005 is the latest jewel in the crown of top sports facilities. The 10-lane competition pool and the 8-lane 25 meter diving pool with seating for 3,000 spectators are unique in the Netherlands. The 4-lane training pool, equipped with a Vision training system - thirteen cameras that allow detailed analyses to be carried out - is unique in Europe.
