Eindhoven has plenty of choice of child care facilities, including agencies for in home child care, day care centers and SPIL centers (integrated primary education, play school and child care). The city is among the leaders in the SPIL concept. Child care is not free in the Netherlands. You can ask whether your employer is prepared to make a contribution to the costs.

Child care in the Netherlands is paid for jointly by parents, government and employers. In principle each pays one-third of the costs, although the employer's contribution is voluntary. Parents contract for child care themselves with their chosen provider. It is possible to receive an income related contribution from the Belastingdienst (Netherlands Tax Administration).
