Primary and secondary schools
Eindhoven has dozens of schools for primary and secondary education. That means there's no chance you won't be able to find a suitable school for your child or children.
School costs
In the Netherlands, education is in principle free for children aged up to sixteen. That means if a child is not yet sixteen at the beginning of the school year, no costs have to be paid. Primary schools are allowed to ask for a parental contribution, but payment is not mandatory. However, non payment can mean your child is not able to take part in some activities.
