Regional hospitals
Eindhoven has two larger hospitals with excellent facilities. The Catharina-ziekenhuis (in Dutch) with six hundred beds and the Máxima Medisch Centrum (in Dutch). The latter, named after the partner of the Dutch crown prince, has locations in both Eindhoven and Veldhoven, with a total of 865 beds.
