High Tech Campus
Fifty nationalities, a planned 8,000 knowledge workers, twenty-five new buildings, an area of a hundred hectares, a total investment of 600 million euro. These are just a few figures about the Eindhoven High Tech Campus. Created at the initiative of Philips, the campus is a ‘greenhouse' for new developments and innovations in the ICT, mechatronics, embedded systems, nanotechnology and other areas. The proximity of high tech companies like ASML and the Eindhoven University of Technology ensures short lines of communication.
